Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the leading provider of real estate services in the Sacramento-Tahoe region, announced today that Stephanie Dimakides has joined the company as a sales associate in its Elk Grove office.
Dimakides, a 24 year real estate veteran, joins the company from Better Homes & Gardens Mason-McDuffie, previously Prudential California Realty, where she worked for five years. She started her career with Coldwell Banker in 1987 before moving to Prudential New Jersey Realty where she was a top-producing agent before moving to the Sacramento area in 2006.

Dimakides is a member of the Sacramento Association of Realtors’ Masters Club. She has extensive experience working with relocation transactions and has earned the Short Sale and Foreclosure (SFR) Certification.
A mother of two, Dimakides moved to California so her children could attend college. Her son is graduating from California State University, Sacramento and works at Sugar Bowl Ski Resort in Lake Tahoe, and her daughter is junior at California State University, Fullerton and works for Radio Disney.
