Deborah Gallagher of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Vacaville-Fairfield Elected President of the Northern Solano County Association of Realtors


Deborah GallagherColdwell Banker Residential Brokerage is proud to announce that Deborah Gallagher, a Realtor with the company’s Vacaville-Fairfield office, has been elected president of the Northern Solano County Association of Realtors for 2013.

A 12-year real estate veteran, Deborah joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in 2006 and has been actively involved in the community and in the local real estate association for a number of years. She has served as chairman of NSCAR’s Communications Committee and has also worked on the Golf, Education, Bowl-a-Thon, and Installation committees. She was a director for four years and in 2012 was president-elect of the organization.

“I am extremely proud of Deborah for this well-earned honor,” said Steve Holderfield, manager of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Vacaville-Fairfield office. “Throughout her career, she’s generously given her time and skills to help NSCAR and its members. I know she will do a great job leading this important organization.”

Deborah holds the Short Sales and Foreclosure (SFR) designation and is a certified Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives (HAFA) specialist. When she’s not selling real estate or working on behalf of NSCAR you can find her cycling and enjoying the beautiful Northern California scenery.
