Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the Bay Area’s leading provider of real estate services, announced plans today to merge its San Mateo-El Camino branch into its Burlingame North office, a move that expands the company’s presence in the important Burlingame real estate market.
The merger of the two branches, which will take effect November 19, will create a robust marketing center with more than 100 Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage sales associates, including many of the company’s top-producing agents. Additionally, it will create new synergy between the North Burlingame office and its nearby Burlingame branch, another award winning office with nearly 100 sales associates.
Pete Aiello, the current San Mateo-El Camino manager, will oversee the new combined Burlingame North office at 1412 Chapin Avenue. A 38-year veteran of the real estate industry, Aiello has been a general building contractor, real estate agent and managing broker in his career. Before joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in 2010, he was a manager with Cashin Company, a local boutique brokerage on the Peninsula.
Aiello said he is also anxious to have the two teams working as one, and looks forward to working with Burlingame manager Leigh Whitten and her team.
The Burlingame North office is located in the heart of downtown Burlingame and is in close proximity to the historic Burlingame library. With the upcoming office merger, the branch will consist of a powerful marketing team of more than 109 sales professionals who will help clients maximize the advantage of owning real estate.
“Our agents’ are extremely knowledgeable and experienced with an average a quarter century in the real estate field,” Aiello said. “We believe that real estate is a complex matrix of situations given today’s economic environment and, with the guidance of our agents, our clients can feel confident that they will reach the goal of home ownership and feel good about the experience.”
