Kim Stewart, MBA Named Sales Associate for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Los Altos

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the leading provider of real estate services in Northern California, announced today that Kim Stewart, MBA, has joined the company as a sales associate in its Los Altos office.  In her new position, Kim will specialize in residential sales in the Los Altos/Los Altos Hills area.

Kim has worked as a real estate professional since 2002. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, she was a sales associate at Campi Properties and Intero Real Estate, where she was the top dollar-volume listing agent out of 1,300 sales associates in May 2008.

A native of the San Francisco Peninsula, Kim brings to Coldwell Banker a wealth of skill, education and professionalism.  Her approach is client-focused, with the goal of exceptional customer satisfaction.  Her extensive experience in market research, technical savvy, responsiveness and diligence bring value to her clients by enabling her to match homes and buyers quickly.  She specializes in off-market properties, for both buyers and sellers.

Kim earned her MBA from Pepperdine School of Business and Management with an emphasis in marketing and advertising.  She holds a degree in psychology from UCLA.

Kim is an active member in the Los Altos community, playing in tennis circuits and photographing local events.  She also competes in local horse shows and is actively involved in the equestrian community.
