Veteran Santa Clara County Realtor Jeff Eisenbaum Joins Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Los Gatos

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the leading provider of real estate services in the South Bay is proud to welcome veteran Silicon Valley Realtor Jeff Eisenbaum to the company as a broker associate in its Los Gatos office.

A Santa Clara County native, Jeff has been specializing in local residential real estate for the past 12 years.  Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, he had worked with the Sereno Group for the past four years.

In addition to working in real estate, Jeff is a licensed general contractor and often navigates his clients through the home inspection process.

“There’s more to a home than bedrooms, bathrooms and decorative features,” said Jeff.  “It’s important to examine a home’s overall condition in order to spot potential problems or ways it can be improved upon.  I enjoy educating my clients about things they wouldn’t normally notice and providing advice to help them decide if a house is the right one for them.”

Jeff is active in his local community as a volunteer with Santa Clara County’s annual trail cleanup day and the Realtor Safety Volunteer Program (RSVP) – assisting elderly residents with household projects.  He is a lifelong resident of Santa Clara County and a graduate of Los Gatos High School, The University of California at Davis, and Santa Clara University, where he completed his graduate degree.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Los Gatos is located at 410 N. Santa Cruz Ave. and can be reached at 408.355.1500.  Jeff may be reached directly at 408.219.1263 and via e-mail at Jeff.Eisenbaum@cbnorcal.com.
