Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is proud to welcome Kacie Ricker as the new regional vice president of marketing. In her new role, she will oversee all of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s marketing operations in Northern California, Colorado and Utah.
A highly accomplished 16-year marketing veteran, Kacie has been responsible for strategic development, creative development and execution of many of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s successful marketing and advertising programs over the past 13 years, in particular those tailored to the luxury segment of the housing market and initiatives designed to help agents attract clients and listings.
She will now head up marketing for the company, focusing on building the Coldwell Banker brand in the local markets, expanding electronic and social media marketing programs, and creating new marketing tools aimed at helping agents support their clients and expand their own business.
Kacie graduated from San Jose State University with a bachelor’s degree in public relations. Before entering the real estate industry she held public relations positions with Creative Labs in Milpitas, Kaiser Permanente in Oakland, and Seniority, Inc. in Pleasanton. She also worked with the city of Pleasanton’s economic development department.
