Dennis and Kathleen Erba, the owners of Coldwell Banker Coast & Country, a Coldwell Banker affiliate, and their longtime Broker Associate, Ed Vail, will be joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage located in the company’s new office at Pelican Plaza, 1400 State Highway One, Suite E, in Bodega Bay.
