The prestigious annual ranking listed the top 250 agents and teams in four separate categories: individual sales volume, individual transaction sides, team sales volume and team transaction sides.
Of the top 250 sales professionals by transaction volume, Tim Allen (Carmel-by-the-Sea) ranked 23rd, Keri Nicholas (Menlo Park-Santa Cruz) ranked 25th, Nina Hatvany (San Francisco TRI) ranked 35th, Hugh Cornish (Menlo Park-El Camino) ranked 41st, Tom LeMieux (Menlo Park-Santa Cruz) ranked 52nd, Royce Cablayan (Los Altos) ranked 76th, Erika Demma (Woodside) ranked 103rd, Hanna Shacham (Menlo Park-El Camino) ranked 134th, Jim Arbeed (Burlingame) ranked 149th, Jerry Houston (Los Gatos) ranked 150th, Zach Trailer (Palo Alto Downtown) ranked 182nd, David Young (Redwood City-San Carlos) ranked 231st, Mike Amaroli (Burlingame North) ranked 236th, and Scott Dancer (Woodside) ranked 239th. Nationally, Coldwell Banker scooped up more spots than any other brand with 218 agents and teams being honored. The company’s sales associates also held the most overall spots for individual agent sales volume (71) and individual agent transaction sides (69).
