Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the Bay Area’s leading real estate services company, announced today that Gilroy resident Joel Middleton was the winner of a $5,000 prize from Princeton Capital during Coldwell Banker’s annual Habitat for Humanity fundraising campaign raffle.
The $5,000 check was presented to Middleton’s real estate agent, Brad Bannister, on his behalf from Brendon Riordan of Princeton Capital at a recent ceremony at Coldwell Banker’s Gilroy office.
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Community Foundation, the philanthropic arm of the Bay Area’s largest real estate services company, held its 13th annual Habitat for Humanity fundraising campaign this fall. Organizers of this year’s campaign set a goal of raising more than $300,000 to help with the construction of Habitat homes for low-income working families throughout the area.
Over the past 13 years, the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Community Foundation has been the leading corporate sponsor of Habitat for Humanity, raising more than $2.1 million through the efforts of its sales associates, managers, staff and clients in Northern California. The Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage team has also volunteered more 44,000 hours and participated in the construction of 159 Habitat for Humanity homes.
