Nina Laconsay Joins Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Elk Grove

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the leading provider of real estate services in the Sacramento region, announced today that Nina Laconsay has joined the company as a sales associate in its Elk Grove office.  In her new position, Laconsay will specialize in residential sales in the Sacramento and Placer Counties.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Laconsay was a Realtor with Better Homes and Gardens Mason-McDuffie Real Estate for five years.  She specialized in the buying and selling of residential properties, including new, and short sale and bank owned properties.  She is also a member of the California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Sacramento Association of Realtors and the Senior Real Estate Association.

Laconsay earned her bachelor’s degree in education from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, the Philippines. Prior to becoming a Realtor, she was employed by Bank of America for many years in various management positions.
