The Beaubelle Group Named No. 1 in San Francisco Bay Region for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the leading provider of real estate services in the Bay Area, announced today that veteran Orinda real estate team The Beaubelle Group ranked as the company’s top-producing agents in its San Francisco Bay region for the first half of 2011.

Led by Glenn Beaubelle, one of the most prominent real estate professionals in Northern California, The Beaubelle Group outpaced more than 800 Coldwell Banker sales associates in the local region, which includes Alameda, Contra Costa, Napa, Sonoma and Marin counties. They also were the top producers in the region for all of 2010.

A 31-year veteran Realtor in the East Bay market, Beaubelle has been responsible for more than $1 billion in sales throughout his career. In addition to Glenn Beaubelle, the team is comprised of three other highly regarded real estate professionals: Glenn’s wife Kellie Beaubelle, Finola Fellner, and Nancy Stryker.

“The Beaubelle Group is without a doubt one of the most talented and respected real estate teams in the entire industry when it comes to luxury real estate,” said Rick Turley, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. “Year after year, Glenn and the group rank among the top agents throughout Northern California.  We’re very fortunate to have him on the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage team.”

Val Cook-Watkins, manager of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Orinda office, called The Beaubelle Group “the ultimate professionals” who are held in the highest regard by their colleagues, their clients and even competitors from other companies.

“Glenn, Kellie, Finola and Nancy have an incredible amount of knowledge, expertise and contacts when it comes to marketing real estate,” she said. “But beyond that, they have a true passion for providing the most discriminating clientele with the very highest level of service possible. Their clients rave about them, and it’s easy to understand why.”

A lifelong Lamorinda resident, Glenn Beaubelle has been the top agent in the Orinda office every year since joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in 1997. Additionally, she utilizes her design background by consulting with and serving as a coordinator between stager and client.

Finola Fellner joined The Beaubelle Group with extensive customer service and sales experience.  A 30-year resident of the Lamorinda area, she taught school for 10 years and operated a successful private education business before entering real estate. She uses that client skill set in serving homebuyers and sellers.
