Ann Abbruzzese Named Sales Associate for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Santa Rosa

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the leading provider of real estate services in Northern California, announced today that Ann Abbruzzese has joined the company as a sales associate in its Santa Rosa office.  In her new position, Abbruzzese will specialize in residential sales inSanta Rosa.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Abbruzzese was the director of broker referrals at GMAC Home Services in Oak Brook, Ill.  She held a similar position for the Coldwell Banker Residential Affiliates in Mission Viejo, Calif.

Abbruzzese is an active member of the North Bay Italian Cultural Foundation and was chair for the silent auction at the 2010 October Festa Italiana.  She has been a teacher for the Community Child Care Council of Sonoma County as well as the Greenwich, Conn. public schools.  She earned her bachelor’s degree in Education from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Penn.
