Sandi Gutierrez Named Sales Associate for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Berkeley

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, welcomes Sandi Gutierrez as a sales associate in its Berkeley office.  In her new position, Gutierrez will specialize in residential sales in Berkeley, Kensington, Albany, El Cerrito, Emeryville and Oakland.  

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Gutierrez worked as a manager in the health care field at several major medical centers, including Stanford Hospital and Clinics and the UCSF Medical Center.  She was responsible for the oversight and management of various departments, including health information management, radiology, and admissions and registration. 

Gutierrez is active in her local community.  She has served as a member of her Neighborhood Emergency Alert Team (NEAT) and a volunteer at the East Bay Humane Society.  She has also worked with victims of domestic violence by providing counseling via a crisis hotline, working in a shelter, and providing emergency response follow up.  In addition, she has served on the personnel commissions of two Bay Area school districts and served for several years on the board of directors of a California Association of Hospital Admitting Managers.

Gutierrez recently completed an intensive training program through Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage which emphasized the principles and techniques of real estate.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and a master’s degree in systems management.
