Ted Williams Named Broker Associate for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Sacramento

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is excited to welcome Ted Williams to the company as a broker associate in its Sacramento Metro office.  In his new position, Williams will specialize in residential sales throughout the Sacramento Area.  

Williams has been a full time Realtor in Sacramento since 2006.  Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, he was a broker/owner of his own real estate brokerage. 

He holds the Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation and has extensive experience working with short sale properties.  Williams is also an active member of the Sacramento Association of Realtors and is currently the vice chair of the Equal Opportunity/Cultural Diversity Committee and a member of the Association’s leadership academy.

Prior to entering the real estate profession, Williams had a successful career in accounting and finance.  He earned his bachelor’s degree in legal studies from UC Berkeley and also earned a master’s degree in finance from Purdue University.
