Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Walnut Creek Manager Norine Neyhouse Honored with Prestigious President’s Council Award

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, a leading provider of real estate services in the Bay Area, announced today that Norine Neyhouse, managing broker of the company’s Walnut Creek office, has earned the coveted President’s Council Award for her office’s success in 2010.

The President’s Council Award is presented every year to Coldwell Banker managers who have led their office to enormous successes.  The designation is awarded to the most successful managing brokers from more than 740 national offices and is based on total profit, return on revenue and mortgage usage categories.

Neyhouse is a 32-year veteran of Bay Area real estate sales, management and mortgage lending.  She joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage as an agent in 1997 and was quickly promoted to assistant manager.  She became manager of the company’s Walnut Creek office in 2006 and has focused her leadership on providing the best possible training, coaching and business support for her agents.  

Neyhouse is an East Bay native and currently lives in Danville with her husband, Steve, and son, Nicholas.  She speaks fluent Italian and enjoys gardening and golf.
