John Caronna Named Sales Associate for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Orinda

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the leading provider of real estate services in the Bay Area, announced today that John Caronna has joined the company as a sales associate in its Orinda office.  In his new position, Caronna will specialize in residential sales and residential investment properties in Contra Costa andAlamedaCounties.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Caronna worked for the past 12 years as a real estate investor specializing in small to mid-size apartment buildings.  He has extensive experience in analyzing the financial fundamentals of apartment buildings in East Bay submarkets, in addition to owning and managing investment properties locally.

He is currently on the board of the Rental Housing Association of the Northern Alameda County, which has more than 1,200 members who own more than 13,000 apartments in Alameda, Oakland, Piedmont, and Berkeley.  Caronna has also been on the board of the Educational Foundation of Orinda for the past eight years.

Caronna earned his bachelor’s degree in communication studies at UCLA and lives in Orinda with his wife and two daughters.
