Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Welcomes Three Top Sacramento Area Realtors

Jeanine Roza

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the leading provider of real estate services in Northern California, announced today that Jeanine Roza, Deanna Orr and Sindy Kirsch have joined the company as sales associates in its Sacramento Metro office.  In their new position, Roza, Orr and Kirsch will collaborate to specialize in sales in East Sacramento, Downtown, Midtown, Land Park and the greater Sacramento area.

“We’re happy to welcome Jeanine, Deanna and Sindy to our office,” said Michael Lippi, manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Sacramento Metro office.  “These are three of the most outstanding real estate professionals in the Sacramento area. Though they are strong and skilled agents on their own, when they team up to help and support one another during transactions, they’re unstoppable.”

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Roza, Orr and Kirsch had worked as a collaborative team for four years at Lyon Real Estate and ranked in the top 10 percent of the company and number three in the office.

“Each of us has found success working independently and with each other, but it was time to make a change,” said Orr.  “We’re always conscious of what is best for us and our buyers and sellers, and now is the perfect time to revitalize our business a bit.”

Sindy Kirsch

“We are thrilled to make Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, our new professional home” said Roza.  “The company’s powerhouse marketing and technology tools will enhance our ability to provide the highest level of opportunities to our clients.”

Kirsch added, “Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage was a perfect fit for us. They really are aligned with the vision, focus and core values that Jeanine, Deanna and I have for our businesses and our clients.”

Roza, an eight-year real estate veteran, was a sales manager and senior executive associate with Lyon Real Estate, and has earned membership into the Sacramento Association of Realtors’ Masters Club as a Life Member.  Originally from the Bay Area, she attended California State University, Chico where she first got involved in real estate by buying her first house while still in school.  She currently lives in East Sacramento and is involved with raising money for the National Center for Equine Facilitated Therapy (NCEFT), an organization that helps special needs children and adults improve mobility by riding horses, including Roza’s nephew, Chase, who has cerebral palsy.

Kirsch started her career with Lyon Real Estate in 2005 after 25 years as a dental hygienist and has earned membership as a top producing agent into the Sacramento Association of Realtors’ Masters Club for the past two years.  Originally from Chicago, Kirsch has lived in the Greenhaven/Pocket Area for nearly 25 years, where she raised her now grown children, Josh and Rachel.  She has previously volunteered with Sacramento’s Loaves and Fishes and National Charity League.

Deanna Orr

Orr started her career six years ago with Lyon Real Estate after relocating to Sacramento from the Bay Area.  As a top producing agent, last year she earned membership into the Sacramento Association of Realtors’ Masters Club.  She is an active member of the Junior League of Sacramento, an organization dedicated to helping women and children through the promotion of volunteerism in the community.  Orr and her husband, Jeff Strenk, live in Land Park with their six-month-old daughter, Willow.
