Dave O’Donnell Named Broker Associate for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Folsom

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the leading provider of real estate services in Northern California, announced today that Dave O’Donnell has joined the company as a broker associate in its Folsom office.  In his new position, O’Donnell will specialize in residential and commercial sales in Eastern Sacramento County, Roseville and El Dorado Hills.

O’Donnell has more than 25 years of combined residential and commercial real estate experience in Calif., Ariz., and Nev.  Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, he worked as an independent residential and commercial broker and development consultant with Silver Oak Ventures, LLC where he was responsible for buying and selling distressed properties, commercial consulting and property management.  

O’Donnell earned his bachelor’s degree in construction management from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln.
