Dan Martinez Named Sales Associate for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Sacramento

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the leading provider of real estate services in Northern California, announced today that Dan Martinez has joined the company as a sales associate in its Sacramento Metro office.  In his new position, Martinez will specialize in residential sales in Sacramento, Yolo, Placer and El Dorado Counties.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Martinez worked at Lyon Real Estate as a Realtor for nearly nine years, which is where he began his career.  He is a member of the Sacramento Association of Realtors’ Master’s Club, is ePRO certified, and he recently completed an intensive short sale training program which emphasized the principles and techniques of the short sale process from start to finish. 

Martinez lives in the Land Park area of Sacramento and considers the Land Park real estate market one of his specialties.  He lived in San Luis Potosi, Mexico in the mid 1990s where he attended advanced Spanish college courses and became fluent in Spanish.  He also donated his time at a conversationalist English institute for those wanting to learn English in Mexico.
