Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the leading provider of real estate services in the Bay Area, announced today that renowned Los Altos Realtor Royce Cablayan ranked as the company’s sixth most successful agent in Northern California and one of the top agents in the U.S. for home sales last year.
One of the highest regarded real estate specialists in Silicon Valley, Cablayan outpaced more than 3,600 agents from Monterey to Lake Tahoe. In addition, he finished in the top 1 percent nationally, surpassing more than 100,000 Coldwell Banker sales associates across the country. In 2010 Cablayan was involved in more than $80 million worth of property sales.
A 21-year veteran Realtor with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Los Altos-First Street office, Cablayan has consistently been among the company’s top agents in Northern California. Over his career, he has helped clients buy or sell more than 2,500 properties, ranging from small homes to multi-million-dollar estates.

Over the years, Cablayan has earned a number of professional honors, including being one of Coldwell Banker’s top 10 agents nationwide nearly every year since 1999, as well as being the number one agent in Silicon Valley five times and top agent in Northern California twice in the past decade. Additionally, he has been named Realtor of the Year by the San Jose Business Journal.
Aside from his real estate accomplishments, Cablayan has been recognized for his ongoing support of community organizations. Among other things, he has been instrumental in helping disadvantaged children and low-income families in Santa Clara County. He annually heads up Los Altos office’s “Giving Tree” program, which collects gifts for needy individuals.
