Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the leading provider of real estate services in Northern California, announced today that Michael Santos, a sales associate in its Sacramento Fair Oaks office, has repeated the previous year’s achievement of being granted the highest level of service achievement in the real estate industry, Quality Service Certified (QSC) Platinum.
Santos received the award in recognition of earning 100% client service satisfaction in 2010 as measured by Leading Research Corporation (LRC). He achieved, and has consistently maintained, his 5 Star Platinum rating each year since joining QSC in 2006.
A Quality Service Certified (QSC) award status is the only recognition in the real estate industry based on independently validated customer satisfaction survey results. After the conclusion of each real estate transaction, clients of QSC agents receive a survey asking them to rate the agent on various aspects of the service process. The surveys are administered and the results are received and compiled by LRC.

Santos maintains his excellent rating partially based upon the fact that while the average survey return rate is four out of 10, he is the only agent in the history of QSC to consistently have 100% of his clients respond. This distinction also helped earn him the QSC International Realtor of the Month Award for August 2010.
