Lisa Hoctor Named Sales Associate for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Walnut Creek

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the leading provider of real estate services in the Bay Area, announced today that Lisa Hoctor has joined the company as a sales associate in its Walnut Creek office.  In her new position, Hoctor will specialize in residential sales throughout Contra Costa and Alameda Counties.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Hoctor worked for 10 years with Prudential California Realty in Lafayette.  She has been a top producing agent throughout her career, has earned numerous awards, and specializes in relocation services, short sales and first time homebuyers and sellers.

Hoctor is a member of the Contra Costa Association of Realtors (CCAR) and is currently on the board of directors and served on the grievance committee for the past two years.  As a relocation specialist, she has worked with large corporations like Clorox and Abbott Laboratories, moving employees to and from the Bay Area.

Hoctor and her husband, Steve, have two daughters, Marlene, who is married with two children, and Melissa, who is a corpsman serving in the Navy.  Melissa’s husband, Tony Lino, is a marine who was awarded two purple hearts while serving in Iraq.
