Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Agent Kathie Longinotti Named Realtor of the Year by Berkeley Association of Realtors®

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the largest real estate brokerage in the Bay Area, announced today that Kathie Longinotti, a sales associate with its Berkeley office, has been named Realtor of the Year for 2010 by the Berkeley Association of Realtors® (BAR).

Longinotti received the honor on Friday, December 3 at the 109th Annual BAR Fundraiser and Installation of Officers and Directors Event at the Faculty Club on the UC Berkeley campus.  She has been with BAR for five years, serving on the education and local government relations committees, and as a member of the board of directors for the past three years.
