Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the leading provider of real estate services in the Sacramento-Tahoe region, announced today that veteran sales associates, and husband and wife team, Roberta Lautrup and Bob Hingre have joined the company as a team in its Sacramento-Sierra Oaks office. In their new positions, Lautrup and Hingre will continue specializing in residential sales in the greater Sacramento area.
Working as a team since 1997, Lautrup and Hingre had been with Lyon Real Estate prior to joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Lautrup has been working in real estate for 33 years, and Hingre for 20 years. They are Outstanding Life Members of the Sacramento Association of Realtors’ Masters Club, are top producing agents, and have ranked in the top 10% of agents in their company.

Originally from Upstate New York, Hingre moved to the Sacramento area in the 1980s, while Lautrup moved from the Bay Area in 1969. They have been married for 13 years and enjoy eight children and 18 grandchildren in their blended family.
