Sales Associate Denise Calkin Joins Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Sacramento

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the leading provider of real estate services in the Sacramento-Tahoe region, announced today that Denise Calkin has joined the company as sales associate in its Sacramento-Sierra Oaks office.  In her new position, Calkin will specialize in residential sales in the greater Sacramento area and Placer County.

A six year veteran of real estate, prior to joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Calkin had been with Lyon Real Estate for the past two years.  She is a Continuing Member of the Sacramento Association of Realtors’ Master Club, has earned the Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation and has experience with bank owned and short sale transactions, a growing trend in the Sacramento region.
