Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Danville Invites Public to Open House Fall Fest

Real estate leader invites visitors to newly renovated office in the Livery

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Danville is pleased to invite the public to its Open House Fall Fest event being held Saturday, October 23 at its new office located at 671 San Ramon Valley Blvd. in the Livery Shopping Center.  The event will be held from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm and will include pumpkin giveaways, face painting, balloons and refreshments.

The Danville office’s Open House Fall Fest coincides with the annual Livery Pumpkin Jubilee being held at the Danville Livery shopping and business complex.  There will be music, pumpkin carving, face painting, horse drawn wagon rides, strolling entertainment and trick-or-treating at participating Livery merchants.

“We are so excited to hold our Open House Fall Fest and welcome visitors to our new office,” said Evelyn Walker, manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Danville.  “Our move to the Livery took months of planning and preparation and we’d love for the public to not only come to check out the new office, but stop by and say hello to our agents and staff.  We spend a lot of our time in homes throughout the community, and now we’re inviting the community into our home with this fun event.”

Before moving in to its new space, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage worked with the Livery to construct six new private offices and install new carpeting, a tiled entryway, fresh paint and a new roof.  Company executives say the move will provide a more welcoming space for agents to better serve real estate clients of the San Ramon Valley.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Danville is located at 671 San Ramon Valley Blvd. and can be reached at 925.837.4100 for more information.
