LaFlesch started her real estate career in 1980.  Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, she worked with Better Homes and Gardens Mason-McDuffie Real Estate in San Mateo for two years.  Before working in San Mateo County, LaFlesch sold new home divisions for eight different builders throughout the San Francisco Bay Area for 24 years as a community sales manager. 

With a total of 32 years in the real estate industry, LaFlesch has sold more than 1,000 homes and has received numerous awards, including numerous nominations for Outstanding Salesperson from the Building Industry Association, the President’s Club’s Circle of Excellence award, and yearly recognitions by Marketing and Merchandising Excellence (MAME) for outstanding sales.  She is a life member of the Million Dollar Club for the San Mateo-Burlingame Board of Realtors and has earned the Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives (HAFA), and REO Specialist designations.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage announced today that Diane Baty, a sales associate in its Gilroy office, was named Realtor of the Year by the South County REALTORS Alliance (SCRA), a subsidiary branch of the Santa Clara County Association of REALTORS® (SCCAOR).  

Baty, who has been a Realtor for eight years, has served as the SCRA Gilroy tour director for the past three years.  She was presented the Realtor of the Year Award – one of the organization’s highest honors – at the SCRA Inaugural Ball held Friday, January 27 at Fortino Winery and Event Center in Gilroy.

Baty is active in the South County community. Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage announced today that Lisa Cassara, a top producing sales associate in its Gilroy office, was honored with the Santa Clara County Association of REALTORS® (SCCAOR) 2011 President’s Choice Award.  

Cassara was chosen for and presented the award by 2011 SCCAOR President, Michael Sibilia, at the organization’s annual installation dinner held Thursday, January 26 at the Silver Creek Valley Country Club in San Jose.  The award recognizes the SCCAOR member who most demonstrates the principles of good real estate practices, provides excellent service to the board and the community, and promotes homeownership and property rights. 

Among her many accomplishments, the award recognized Cassara for her involvement in the SCCAOR re-districting project – an effort to create subset groups of the larger association throughout Santa Clara County for a more localized focus on real estate.

Stevens has joined the company as a sales associate in its Walnut Creek office.  In his new position, Stevens will specialize in residential sales in Contra Costa and Alameda Counties. 

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Stevens worked in pharmaceutical marketing, communications and the life science industry.   His responsibilities included business development, account management, and new product development.
