Jackie LaFlesch Named Sales Associate for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Burlingame

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the leading provider of real estate services in the Bay Area, announced today that Jackie LaFlesch has joined the company as a sales associate in its Burlingame office.  In her new position, LaFlesch will specialize in residential sales on San Mateo County. 

LaFlesch started her real estate career in 1980.  Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, she worked with Better Homes and Gardens Mason-McDuffie Real Estate in San Mateo for two years.  Before working in San Mateo County, LaFlesch sold new home divisions for eight different builders throughout the San Francisco Bay Area for 24 years as a community sales manager. 

With a total of 32 years in the real estate industry, LaFlesch has sold more than 1,000 homes and has received numerous awards, including numerous nominations for Outstanding Salesperson from the Building Industry Association, the President’s Club’s Circle of Excellence award, and yearly recognitions by Marketing and Merchandising Excellence (MAME) for outstanding sales.  She is a life member of the Million Dollar Club for the San Mateo-Burlingame Board of Realtors and has earned the Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives (HAFA), and REO Specialist designations.

A longtime resident of Foster City, LaFlesch has two grown sons, Jason and Jeff, who grew up on the Peninsula.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her triplet grandchildren.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Sales Associate Diane Baty Named Realtor of the Year by South County Realtors Alliance

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage announced today that Diane Baty, a sales associate in its Gilroy office, was named Realtor of the Year by the South County REALTORS Alliance (SCRA), a subsidiary branch of the Santa Clara County Association of REALTORS® (SCCAOR).  

Baty, who has been a Realtor for eight years, has served as the SCRA Gilroy tour director for the past three years.  She was presented the Realtor of the Year Award – one of the organization’s highest honors – at the SCRA Inaugural Ball held Friday, January 27 at Fortino Winery and Event Center in Gilroy. 

“Diane is an outstanding real estate professional and tremendously deserving of the Realtor of the Year honor,” said Nancy Robinson, manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Gilroy office.  “She is highly respected by her peers and a key member in the South County real estate community.  It is an incredible career achievement.”

Baty is active in the South County community. She has served as a project leader in the 4-H Club of Gilroy and has been involved with local schools as a Parent Club volunteer and on the school district level.  She is currently a member of the Gilroy Chamber of Commerce and has been chair of the committee for the Gilroy office’s fundraising efforts during Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s annual Habitat for Humanity fundraiser for the past two years.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Lisa Cassara Honored with Santa Clara County Association of Realtors President’s Choice Award

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage announced today that Lisa Cassara, a top producing sales associate in its Gilroy office, was honored with the Santa Clara County Association of REALTORS® (SCCAOR) 2011 President’s Choice Award.  

Cassara was chosen for and presented the award by 2011 SCCAOR President, Michael Sibilia, at the organization’s annual installation dinner held Thursday, January 26 at the Silver Creek Valley Country Club in San Jose.  The award recognizes the SCCAOR member who most demonstrates the principles of good real estate practices, provides excellent service to the board and the community, and promotes homeownership and property rights. 

Among her many accomplishments, the award recognized Cassara for her involvement in the SCCAOR re-districting project – an effort to create subset groups of the larger association throughout Santa Clara County for a more localized focus on real estate.

John M. Stevens Named Sales Associate for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Walnut Creek

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the leading provider of real estate services in Northern California, announced today that John M. Stevens has joined the company as a sales associate in its Walnut Creek office.  In his new position, Stevens will specialize in residential sales in Contra Costa and Alameda Counties. 

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Stevens worked in pharmaceutical marketing, communications and the life science industry.   His responsibilities included business development, account management, and new product development.

Beyond real estate, Stevens enjoys writing, theatre, sports and music.  He recently completed a new infomercial on his real estate practice called “Your Needs Always Come First,” and it can be viewed on Coldwell Banker’s On Location YouTube channel at www.youtube.com/coldwellbanker.  He supports multiple charities including the Academy of Friends, AIDS Lifecycle, the United Way and SPCA.

Amy Hyde Named Sales Associate for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Greenbrae

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the leading provider of real estate services in Northern California, announced today that Amy Hyde has joined the company as a sales associate in its Greenbrae office.  In her new position, Hyde will specialize in residential sales in Marin County. 

Hyde started her real estate career in 1997 at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and, prior to returning, most recently worked at Frank Howard Allen for three years.  Before real estate, she was the director of marketing at RS Investments, an investment management firm in San Francisco, where she was responsible for managing the consumer marketing strategy and communication program.

Brenda Clementson Named Sales Associate for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in El Dorado Hills

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the leading provider of real estate services in the Sacramento-Tahoe area, announced today that Brenda Clementson has joined the company as a sales associate in its El Dorado Hills office.  In her new position, Clementson will specialize in residential sales in El Dorado, Placer and Sacramento Counties. 

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Clementson worked at the YMCA and Serrano Country Club as a fitness instructor.  Her responsibilities included personal training and teaching exercise classes for new mothers.

As an active member of the community, Clementson attends Rolling Hills Church and has been an active leader of Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS), an international organization serving mothers with young children, and the Girls Scouts.
